We lead the soul to liberation from its passions and it becomes energy in accordance with virtue. Having passed through this catharsis and as entelechy of the individual, it reaches its goal, the Theosis.

Moving on from Love lasts forever, the new chapter of Theosis, Reshaping Souls, is inspired by the myth of Theseus & Ariadne. We use herbs,fruit and raw material -both from Syros island and the Cyclades in general- for our drinks,as part of the terroir and the spirit of the Aegean.
